Papers required for buying property in Philippines
Standard Requirements for Documentation
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
3. 2X2 pictures, 2pcs each (Principal, Spouse, Atty-In-Fact)
4. Residence Certificate (Principal, Spouse, Atty-In-Fact)
5. Photocopy of Passport
6. Proof of Billings - local (utilities/mailing)
7. Post-dated Checks (1 booklet to cover 2years payment)
8. Sketch of local address
9. Tax Identification Number (TIN#)
We can apply for you if you don't have any TIN#
NOTE:
1. Submit all documents whichever is applicable.
2. Atty-In-Fact is an individual designated by the principal buyer to transact in behalf of him/her.
This is usually applicable if the buyer is based outside the country.

For Locally Employed

For Self-Employed
1. Business Registration (DTI/SEC)
2. Mayor's Permit
3. ITR w/ Financial Statements (2yrs)
4. Bank Statements for the last 6 months
5. Picture of business
6. Franchise / OR / CR for Operators
Additional Requirements - Notarized
1. Affidavit of Waiver (for foreign spouse)
2. Court Order of Finality (if separated or annulled)
3. Affidavit of Support (for co-borrowers)
4. Affidavit of Former Filipino citizen (for dual citizens)
